  1.                   PsL's Registration Service
  2.  
  3.      PsL is short for "Public (software) Library". PsL have been
  4. distributing public domain and shareware software on disks since
  5. 1982. PsL also produces a monthly CD-ROM with all the new/updated
  6. programs received during the month (well over 1000+ programs a
  7. month, usually) plus a different section of their disk-based
  8. library each month to fill up the CD-ROM. PsL also has a
  9. subscription-based BBS (713-442-6704).

  11.      Over the years, PsL has been recommended in every major (PC)
  12. computer magazine, many computer books, and many non-computer
  13. publications from "Changing Times" to "NY Times".
  14.  
  15.      PsL offers a shareware registration order taking service
  16. primarily for the benefit of shareware authors who are don't have
  17. a credit card merchant account. They began this service in
  18. January 1989 and presently take orders for over 1200 shareware
  19. authors.

  21.      PsL can take orders via 800#, non-800#, CIS#, and FAX#.
  22. Their operators are available from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST
  23. Monday-Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday.

  25.      You can register MicroCook with MasterCard, Visa, American
  26. Express, or Discover from Public (software) Library by calling
  27. 800-2424-PsL or 713-524-6394. Fill out and FAX the form below to
  28. 713-524-6398, or send by e-mail to 71355,470@compuserve.com. You
  29. can also mail credit card orders to: PsL, P.O.Box 35705, Houston,
  30. TX 77235-5705.

  35.      If you call PsL with your registration, it's a good idea to
  36. fill out the form below before you call. That way you have all 
  37. the questions answered before hand.

  39.      Any questions about the status of the shipment of the order,
  40. refunds, registration options, product details, technical
  41. support, volume discounts, dealer pricing, site licenses,
  42. non-credit card orders, etc, MUST be directed to NORSKi Software.

  44.      To insure that you get the latest version, PsL will notify
  45. NORSKi Software the day of your register and NORSKi Software will
  46. ship the registered copy of MicroCook directly to you.
  47.  
  48.      On the form, only disk sizes 3.5", 1.44Mb, and 5.25",
  49. 1.2Mb is listed. If you should need MicroCook on either 3.5",
  50. 720Kb or 5.25", 360Kb floppy disks, please specify so when
  51. calling in. NOTE: Mikes's Recipes ONLY come on a 3.5", 1.44Mb
  52. floppy disk.
